UlraDonate cash not received after payment

Hi,
As title said, i bought a donation card from UltraDonate page via Paypal. The payment was completed by Paypal but UltraDonate sent an error saying that the payment duration was too long and to contact support.
I contacted support and no answer whatsoever.
I know i can ask for refund and such, but the main reason of this topic is: UltraDonate is still reliable payment option? Why dont u guys use any other decent form of donations? Why MasterCard are not accepted by UltraDonate?|

If anyone else had issues like this, can u guys please advise?
