Ultradonate problems

Hello there, i have a problem and i think i need your help about this, i was thinking about donating a 110 ultradonate game card to get started ingame (for pets etc...).
I followed instruction on Gamez BD website, went to the ultradonate website, paid for it (i have proof) but never got the ultradonate card (it said it could take about 30mn but i'm waaayy far beyond that...)
Do you know if it's the system Gamez BD works with that is complete scam or it can maybe take a day? (i think it's quite long...)
Sorry if i made faults in this post but i'm french...

For informations, i looked into my mails and refreshed ultradonate website but still nothing...it's making me nervous...

 

The donation system is completely safe, it just sometimes takes some time until the donation is processed. However, if you don't receive your code in the next few hours, contact Carl via private message in our discord channel.
