Unable to connect

I've asked around my guild and even asked in the discord if it was a common problem, but most people just said to ask here I guess.
Basically I was in game fine earlier, but after lag evicted me from the server I just haven't been able to get back in.

I get the above message after selecting my character and loading, as soon as it hits 100% that message pops up and hitting OK(enter) takes me back to my desktop.
Sorry if this has been asked before (and sorry if this is in the wrong section), but I didn't see it in the first 3-4 pages worth of problems, thanks in advance!

 

What is your character name?

 

My character is called Boo, my family name is Gasai if that helps
