Unable to get into BD game.

    Before the update Nov 13th I was playing GameZ Black Desert NA. Now I cannot get into the game.
    I keep receiveing this error.
    error 0301 000004c9
    The remote computer refused network connection.
    I have used settings and forced the repair on launcher, but still the error occurs. Any suggestions?? Thanks for any info.

    Never mind giving me suggestions. I got to the game but I had to turn off Defender. I wish I knew what had happened.

    It's a must to add exceptions for both Windows Defender and Firewall, if you also have any AV you may want to disable it instead of add exceptions to it.
    Let me know if the issue persists or if I may close this thread and give it as solved. :)
