Unable to Launch Game

Every time i start the launcher up i can log in then after pressing start i get this http://prntscr.com/j4f5pu and it deletes the launcher off my PC entirely making me have to restart just to install the launcher again.

 

Run a force check from the launcher.

 

After restarting and redownloading the launcher, I force checked the files and let it update what it found then came upon the same issue again. I have made sure everything else software wise is up to date and this runs just fine on my laptop but my PC just wont let it work for some reason.

 

Last person I saw with this problem had files missing from their launcher. Does your gamez folder look like this?

yeah it looks just like that until i hit the Okay button on the update window that pops up http://prntscr.com/j8qpxa Then after that it closes the launcher and deletes itself...http://prntscr.com/j8qq8y and downloading the just the launcher from the discord has the same outcome, itll open then immediately close after this.

 

You have missing files from your game folder. I had others like that too. The problem was that their antivirus, firewall, or defender was deleting the files. Make sure all three have gamezbd launcher (entire folder) set as an exemption. If need be after this, use ccleaner to completely remove gamez and reinstall fresh (after the exemptions are set, even if they are turned off). This will prevent files from being deleted.
