Unable to launch the game

At startup the game gets to about halfway the GamezDB logo until the game crashes back to the launcher without any error message. Checked the logs but its just a random set of numbers. Have tried cleaning all previous BDO files and reinstalling.

 

you use the launcher install the game?

 

Launcher asks me to select the directory of BDO and after that it does a little update.

 

look like some other application crash with GameZ BDO
have u try to not open any application and just open the bdo?

 

Still having the problem

 

The logs are encrypted and only the staff have the tools to check them. Attach the logs and we will take a look.

 

I think our ISP problem can't connect to server. I try use another network using my mobile data and I can connect to server. This happen last time.
