Unable to list/sell PEN Blackstar for lower than max price

Unable to list/sell PEN Blackstar for lower than max price​

Bug Description:

as title says. after listing any PEN blackstar weapon at max price, you cant relist it for lower price.

It either gives error about market version being different
or
''There's another item being purchased at a higher price than the current selling price. You have to sell the item for the same or a higher price.''​

How to reproduce/proof:

Make PEN blackstar
List the PEN blackstar to CM at max price
Relist afterwards at any lower price.​

 

Update, it seems to be affected by another class PEN BS mainhand that has max price PO up,
I were able to list my bs after that item got sold.
