UNABLE TO OBTAIN ACTUAL LAUNCHER VERSION

    right after the launcher started, this window opened
    and after i clicked "ok" the launcher closes and nothing happens

    idk everytime the gamez launcher started the message "UNABLE TO OBTAIN ACTUAL LAUNCHER VERSION" pops up
    no patching
    im only able to click "ok"
    look at the screenshot im my first post

    Solution:
    Antivirus/firewall usually blocks the updates to the launcher due to the modified files, set exceptions to resolve the problem.
    Solved through teamviewer.
