Unable to open Boss timer and Premium menus

    Been playing for several weeks and boss timer was working fine then started seeing posts in game that no one could access, at the same time Premium menu is not accessible. I have tried the
    "netsh winsock" reset and then "sfc /scannow" and this did not fix the issue

    please help
