Unable to open Tuvala Awakening Weapon Box

I have just completed my Awakening Weapon quest line and I received the Canon Great Sword along with the box. However, when I go to open the box it says "The conditions for using this item has not been met". As far as I know I do have a seasonal character. Not sure how to tell if I do or not because I'm completely new to BDO and I don't remember if I selected Seasonal, however my friend says I am.

Inspecting my skills I noticed the Awakening Tab shows a skill called "Awakening: Goyen's Great Sword" and it shows a zero. I can post links to screenshots. Doing research I noticed theres a skill book called "Warriors Skill Book - Awakening Goyen's Great Sword" and I don't remember if I received that book after doing the quest, but maybe it's a glitch?

Let me know if you see a special mark in the character selection screen which shows you that the character is a seasonal character.

Open the box to get a PRI (I) Tuvala awakening weapon suitable for your class.
Only season characters can open this box.

 

That would be the reason. I don't have a Seasonal Character. Any reason as to why it tells me this at the top?

Am I going to lose my character?

 

You can just ignore this Tuvala Box, it's an error that might be fixed within next build update.
And don't worrie, you won't lose your character. It's just a message for newly players about Olvia server, which we don't have and don't need due to our rates.
