Unable to purchase from the pearl shop

I am trying to buy some things from the pearl shop and each time I try to finalize the purchase I get a message that says "Item is not for purchase" Does anyone have any Idea what I can do? The items I am trying to buy are promotion items. The weird thing about this is that I can't get them to show up like all the other items. They are behind the other stuff in the menu. I am able to just barely get to the buttons. So, I put them in my shopping cart then I hit buy all, it is when I get the message that I mentioned about. I am guessing that this is some sort of bug. I appreciate anyones help who may respond to my question. Merry Christmas.
