Unable to see other players' weapons

Hi!
As the title says, for some reason I don't see the weapons from other players, unless they have them drawn.

You can see in the attached screenshot that my character has her weapons on her back, and they are visible. The same goes for some of the other players that have drawn weapons. However, for players that have them on their backs, they are invisible.

I have tried clearing the cache, and doing a force-check, but it hasn't helped.

I also searched the forums for similar issues, and found threads referring to your own weapons becoming invisible, due to how certain skins work, or a rare bug (Which also happened to me a couple times, but was resolved by clearing cache)

Anybody had this happen? Apologies if this is a server config I'm not aware of.

Should I open a Bug Report thread instead? Wanted to see if someone else had experienced this before opening one.

 

As far as I remember it has never been like this so I can't say for sure whether it should be like this or not.

Your chances of getting a yes or no answer are higher there.
