Unable to speak to Kina​

Bug Description:

Kina just walk away and i can't speak with her and i can't see her name.
I only know that it is her because of the pics in internet of her and because the interrogation point appears in the map.
I've followed her to see if she would stop as Toscani, but she kept moving and didn't turn to toscani, it went to Western Guard Camp and i stopped following her.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Find her and try to speak with her. She should move between Toscani and Marino Farm.​

 

I went to Toscani and was able to speak with her when she respawn there.
