unable to start the game.

I open the launcher, log in click start.
nothing happens.

so i opened task manager and saw this


I end this proccess - the game opens up.
I don' do anything - nothing happens.

after ending the process above this one opens up while the game loads its hackshield of whatever it is on right bottom corner.



when the game finally loads I click start and get stuck on this screen.



wut do i do?????????

it's been 4 days.

 

it also happened to me, but reinstal the launcher seems to fix it.
