unavailable for the current character

Hello,

I want to join and try Gamez Bdo, i follow all instructions, but when i trying to create my char, no matter i try about name isnt unavailable even if i try anything ! i prefer tell you i have following the rules about char creation name, First letter, no special char ect...
Someone has already have this problem ? Maybe is my familly name is already used ?
