    okey i've had enough i've been trying to get in the game for an hour and it's almost impossible .. first time with directx thing then now i duno what else to do with this retarded message , and i done everything on the link for the problem fix and still nothing ..

    Launch the NCSoft launcher, go up to File>>Settings>>Advanced>> and set your Region to North America.
