    If your ban system doesn't have any reason for being banned. Then you were banned for multivoting.
    Aside this, you can pm any senior AM to have them see if they can find a reason for you.

    Lumiel - Vildiil or Chronicheals
    Siel - Untouched, Uthi, Morometi

    Also, if you do have a ban reason in the ban system - then you should appeal it there.
