unfair bann

Hello
i have account id: emadnagy
got bann and i pm some gm`s and told me multivote and i never vote in this account or another
and its not fair to got bann for no reason after all that time i spend in your server i am a old player and this account Created like 2 years ago and before i got that bann i was online Like 24/7.....
Please check it and see you can see my "Vote" .....
