Unjust Ban

So months ago my computer went down for the count. Not tech savvy enough to know how to fix it. Thought it was done for. I put it on curbside next to the trash can for the trash company to pick up (trash can was full). One way or another, it wasn't there anymore. I do not know if someone just picked it up before the trash company came or not. Did not get my new computer till yesterday. I try to login to my account on the GamezBD BDO site but my password was not the same. When resetting that, I tried to login into the email associated with the account and that password has been changed as well. Reset that. Redownloaded the game and I got "Timed Out. Connection Lost." Tried to troubleshoot that but to no end, it did not work. Messaged Kolka on discord and I was told is "Timed Our. Connection lost. its hardware ban so hacker come to ur house and hack from ur pc thats why ur pc was blocked." (copy and paste) and the conversation ended there. I want to call bs because my new computer has never been attempted to login into their server till yesterday. Like new from Dell factory. I would like to have a conversation with a GM or Admin about this, someone that will take the matter a little more serious than tossing it to the side, please. I've spent money and time, at least hear me out.

Some Key Points:
Further investigation into my email, it shows someone logged in from France and the Airforce Academy. I live 40 min from the Airforce Academy in Colorado and I do not know anyone in France. (Can provide proof on request)
My old computer had a Password saving software attached to google chrome, they would have access to all accounts. (Went and changed everything I could possibly change knowing my email was compromised and possibly my old computer)
I did not get my new computer till yesterday for my Birthday (tad bit early) and I have proof of purchase with dates and the whole 9 yards. Can provide on request.
I do not know how long my account has been compromised leading up to yesterday.

Would like to know why the account was banned and on what date as well. Thanks in advance! Sorry if I seem salty, was looking forward to finally playing again.
