I make out the following theme by reference which bans where the evidence of the videos are 15 seconds makes no recalcos that video where many of them are cullos speed hack which should show a form more convenient for everyone I would say everything video will be shown more than one minute think rodacion 15 seconds prove nothing stupid so no complaints or claims wILL

 

Sometimes we are lucky to get even 15 sec so that is more than good IMO .
While I was GM I made countless bans with proof under 15 seconds and that was backed up by my word and by about 10 mns or so (minimum) of me following the person around and investigating before any recording was done.

So yeah just because the evidence is 15 seconds doesnt mean that was all the information that was gathered

Okay, so. Lets see here.

Considering, that the proof required to ban someone needs to be conclusive there are times where we will end up following and recording someone who is cheating for a really long time even if they aren't they get followed, and while we record short segments of video there are multiples.

No we do not upload every video, nor is it required to as the videos that are used are normally the best possible ones. Or, if they are not; they get reviewed by multiple AM's or higher.

A full one minute video can take upwards of 20 minutes to encode and upload, thats 20 minutes the player that is cheating gets to sit around and cheat while people continue to complain. A 15 - 45 second video takes much less time due to size.

As for your quib on the rubber-banding issues? If you are actually rubber banding, it would be prevalent though the video and or the investigation. There are plenty of videos and or proofs that we do not use because of the simple fact that they are of a poor quality and or do not show the requirements that we have to be able to uphold a ban.

Also, there is a ban appeal system to which a player who is banned can appeal it and get it reviewed. If the proof is solid enough then it is denied, if it shows with out any shadow of doubt (as the goal here is to look for reasons why something could have been happening in the first place to rule out hacking) then the ban is held.

I'm not sure why you are complaining about 15 second videos as they can and are able to show what is going on with someone and what someone might or might not be doing.
