Unknown Authorization Error

after downloading the new update I get an unknown authorization error i was playing the game before the game went down for the update after it came back up i downloaded the update and now all i get is unknown authorization error i tried restarting my pc i tried deleting the files / renaming them run as admin checked all files 3 times reinstalled the launcher and none of these have worked so i tried all the solutions that in the faq and help guide but it still happens is this just me or other people getting this as well ?
