Unlock FPS?

Hello, I am currently trying to get my game to go over 60 fps but I can't do that, no matter what I do. I changed settings with Nvidia Profile Inspector, changed 3D Application Settings to force V-Sync off, disable FPS limit, but my game is still locked at 60 fps. One thing I noticed is that Gamez actually runs a BlackDesert64.bin file, not the .exe one. I tried renaming the bin into exe and changing the settings, then changing the file back into .bin extension but it doesn't help at all.
Any help with this issue? How can I go past 60 fps?

 

Making the settings for coherentui.exe should work. You can find it inside the BDO folder.
