Unlocking FPS?

    Good evening, dear forum users, I am faced with such a problem that I cannot unlock my fps above 60 on my AMD video card. I heard that it is allegedly impossible to do this on our server, due to the fact that the kelent runs in ".bin" format. I found some topics on the forum, but they may be outdated, please, if someone knows how to do this, through which file the game is launched, please tell me.
