Unstoppable thirst for power #2

Hi!! I'm not able to start 'Unstoppable thirst for power #2' mission. Help me, please!! Thank You very much for Your attention!!

I have not been able to complete the Unstoppable Thirst for Power #1 for months. I did get hold of Kolka and he helped me some but at this point none of my characters can do or finish it.
In essence I am completely stuck and can't go forward. I have tried everything and the description is so vague it leaves me wondering why this series isn't a autocomplete BEFORE you can up the General gear..

With the #2 quest holding you back then i think it is a definite issue in the game not on our end that we can only hope can be addressed someday.

 

It's not bugged but as @Szerker said, the description is vague and quite complicated to understand what exactly you are supposed to do. You have to complete a chain of 17 quests and Altinova Arena knowledge is also needed.

Open your quest settings and enable all type of quests.

yes I have this exact same problem and I looked all over the Internet to try to get it fixed
