Unstuck character Request problem

    Dear Mr./Mrs. GM

    I have sent unstuck request via website (Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server) for my character after disconnect from server in Beluslan map.But until now, my character "Xhode" doen`t want to load. Its automatically exit the game to windows. But the other character still want to load.

    I need help. What must I do?.... Thank you
