Unstuck pls.

The server maintenance didnt help and the problem is still there.This is my only main char that can do raids and pvp and all my stuffs are there too so thats why i make an new thread again and again and again AM't says they'll confirmed it to the higher staffs and still no reply from the AM't.Im dealin with this problem for almost 2 month and a half and im beginning to feel like Gamez doesnt care to fix this.
I did those .fix and sent some unstuck request but still it hasn't fix yet still waiting here for the approval of my unstuck request and i feel like im givin up on this hope this stuck will be resolved as soon as possible thanks and god bless.......................

 

I will ask you for the last time:
After you do an unstuck request, do you login to your character every now and then to see if it's fixed?

My character was stuck for a week, I sent an unstuck request and DID NOT LOGIN TO IT EVER. I just waited for a server restart and once I saw there had been one I finally logged in and she was unstuck.

 

i did it all the .fix and unstuck request and i didnt attempt to log in my char until the next server restart but still no changes occurs

 

I'm just leaving this here, cause even if you tried to login ONCE after the unstuck request to check if it worked or to retry the .fix command, then that's why it didn't work, the request was reset in that case.

 

coz i was expecting it'll be back coz the server restarted two days ago and yes i did log in my sorc and still stuck.................................

 

try unstuck request again and DO NOT log in that toon until the server restarts

I did what you sent staff (. ZENO FIX) but my char still stuck

Can you calm down? Your gear is still there its in your character inventory or w/e, send a unstuck request and dont log on that character untill server restart.

omg sarpan have location problem i log is have send log

 

Just do .fix. works fine. If you need to go down there, use a Rancora Scroll and then walk to Sarpan.
