unstuck problem...help

well....i just have 2 days waiting for my unstucking request solution, and nothing, i cant keep playing...im sad...i just want to know if its normal to wait more than 2 days, cause, time before i only used to wait like 12 hours for the unstucking....and i want to apologize for insist, its the 4th time i request the unstucked servicein this last days, but is because every time i approches to the artesan hall in sanctum, the game stops working and gets me out.....i will try to do this again by putting the graphic detail lower, maybe its a problem with my graphic card, i need to level up and finish my campaigns...i will really appreciatte so much your help...thanks :sideways:
