- Fixed an issue causing guardian statues to not attack sometimes
- Fixed Kamar battlefield doors can be opened before start
- AFK players now do not receive end rewards in RvR
- Added RvR battleground faction balancing system
 - Players registering enter a queue when faction has > 20 player advantage
 - Players inside gain a temporary buff when faction has > 10 player disadvantage
 - Temporary buff is removed immediately when faction balance is restored
- Fixed issue where players don't stay inside some battlegrounds after disconnected
- Fixed Bundle Containing Ballasite Materials not opening
- Fixed Diving motion not activating when selected
- Fixed updating character's note
- Fixed quest "Where do rotrons come from" not completing correctly
- Fixed quest "Acquiring an antidote" not completing correctly
- Fixed incorrect item given in quest "An antidote to the Lepharists"
