    - Implemented damage reduction rate stat (example: Quorantim Protection / Protection Area skills)
- Implemented music/customization converter in telegram bot (just send file to bot and he answer with converted file)
- Adjusted item drop rate at Hadum channel to match server x10 rates
- All weather actor spawns with damage possibility now disabled (example: Margoria Tornado's)
- Fixed can't obtain Falcon from shop
- Fixed Quint boss didn't appear after spawn
