    - Fixed can't attack player at Arsha server without enabled PVP if this player attack first and flagged
- Fixed Termian NPC's disappeared after last update
- Fixed PVP enable visual glitch at season server
- Fixed incorrect vehicle EXP rate display in ingame server rate list
- Implemented Black Spirit Adventure card obtaining from ingame items (example: https://bdocodex.com/us/item/756450/)
