    - Fixed possible exploit in some quest
    - Fixed teleport manipulation by opponent race
    - Enchant bonus goes to white base stat
    - Added missing fortuneers quests
    - Reworked decay <=> loot systems to match retail. It supposed to work as follow:
    1. decay time for:
       a) monsters without drop (never drop anything - ie chicken etc) -> immediately decay
       b) regular monsters - empty drop case -> 1.5 min decay
       c) regular monsters - with drop -> 5 min decay
    2. decay time will be longer by time that player browse loot window. example if player browse loot window for 1 min -> decay time will be longer by 1 min
    3. when player close loot window and there are no any items left -> immediately decay
    4. player d/c, log out, other strange cases are considered as closing loot window
    
    - Fixed physical attack+skill damage formula (with tolerance like 1-5% max)
    - Fixed magical attack damage formula
    - Fixed magical skill damage formula (including DOTs, runes)
    - Fixed for light/dark resistances
    - All attackstatuses are used (ex. CRITICAL_PARRY, etc)
