    - Fixed can learn/forget skill levels even if skill in cooldown
- Fixed can't apply some self buffs from skills (example: Primrose Sprint I)
- Fixed instance bosses sometimes didn't send notify messages to players (example: Katzvaryak announcement)
- Fixed can't invite player to guild if this player changed name
- Fixed some monsters has extra-delay while doing some actions (example: using Flare item for knockdown guild boss Ahib Griffon)
- Improved server performance (WIP)
