    - Implemented damage decrease rate when target in freeze state
- Reworked crowd control rules by last client version
- Fixed drop when fishing near "end of world" regions (example: Port Ratt)
- Fixed item market sorting broke when player put new item on market
- Optimized packets broadcasting at Territory Wars
- Fixed incorrect Territory War winner select
- Fixed incorrect target selection at normal channels when Territory Wars starts
- Fixed possible multiple HP bonus apply at siege channel when Territory Wars starts
