Code:

- NA Server has been merged onto the EU server:
 - Server Location is France
 - New Server Timezone is GMT
 - All Players from the NA server now transferred to the EU server
  - Characters with the same name having less play time were renamed
  - Renamed Characters were given a name change ticket
 - All Legions from the NA server now transferred to the EU server
  - Legions with the same name having less contribution points were renamed
  - Brigade Generals were given a legion name change ticket
 - All storage items now transferred to the EU server
 - Houses and studios from the NA server were transferred to the EU server
 - Merged accounts containing more than 8 characters has been seperated
  - Your new account can be accessed by adding _ to your account, example: youraccountname_
 - Merged accounts containing different factions has been seperated
  - Your new account can be accessed by adding _ to your account, example: youraccountname_
- Prevent double transform abuse
 - Transformation skill buff times now also counts down while character is offline
- Readjusted Arena, Siege and Battleground schedules (-2 hours)
- Added recharger npc to Sanctum and Pandaemonium arena area for duels
 - Regenerates hp and mana
 - Dispels debuffs
 - Resets skill cooldowns
- Blood Mark Gear now free in webshop at lv65
- Greatly reduced Blood Mark Weapon prices in webshop
- All blood mark quest rewards now gives ceramium medals (camps/daily/weekly included)
- The Eternal Bastion no longer requires blood marks to enter
- Increased Eternal Bastion ceramium medal rewards
