- Implemented Telegram Bot server integration

- Fixed incorrect notify message in announcement when guild destroyed fort at Conquest Wars
- Fixed incorrect teleport to town coordinates near Rumbling Land node (teleport under map)
- Fixed enchanter name display on equipped PEN items
- Fixed incorrect spawn point if Trial Character trying enter Red Battlefield at another channel
- Fixed enchant chances didn't display for some items (example: https://bdocodex.com/kr/item/52612/)
- Fixed workers can't craft items if warehouse is full
- Fixed bug when guild can build more than 1 T3/T4 fort in one week
- Fixed block shield regeneration in guard state
- Fixed incorrect character family display in guild journal log when join/disjoin guild
- The limitations for the additional pearl items amount you can register at Item Market now depends on Family Fame points (up to 30 + 5 default)
