Patch Notes [Update] 09/10/2019

Code:

- Fixed stuck on ride horse in war mode in some cases
- Fixed butcher knife gathering bonus from gathering mastery
- Fixed mastery calculation after unequip item with no durability
- Fixed accessory item +5 enchanter name didn't save
- Now players can select International/English/etc chat channel in client settings
- Now players can't communicate with vehicles while participate at PVP games (Whistle/Parking and etc.)
- Now guild can accept received war without 15 waiting (in this case guild war start immediately)
- Removed 20 min cooldown after register new Maid or Butler
- Implemented tax and training bonus for obtaining silver from horse market and mating
- Improved sell price formula for some horses
- Added system message when player try register second Camp
- Fixed can't obtain Imperial Shiny Golden Seal after worker large craft completed
