[Update] 09/18/2016

Code:

- Reduce the difficulty of Archives of Eternity quest line instance
- Fixed resurrect in instance, should revive inside instance
- Fixed terraskin pvp damage
- Fixed an issue that crashed server
- Fixed some players stuck at level 9
- Fixed Aethertech and cleric starter gear type
- Fixed accuracy / crit spell stat display for pure plumes

To do
- Implement quests in Iluma and Norsvold for easier leveling
