Patch Notes [Update] 09/18/2019

Code:

- Fixed player lose HP after teleport (example: escape to Altinova)
- Fixed Balenos territory icon didn't display near owner in Guild Ranks
- Fixed can't obtain success enchant titles when enchanting 100% chance enchant items (example: Blinded by Love title)
- Fixed possible player level up to 50 without required quest completed
- Fixed incorrect Growth rank display for current player in Ranking Service
- Fixed stream announcer and top calculation broken (Updated stream API for Twitch to Helix v5)
- Improved jump logic for some monsters (example: Garmoth)
- Now player can't move items to tent if tent inventory weight limit reached
- Prolonged Shai Donkey challenge event
