Patch Notes [Update] 10/16/2021

Code:

- Fixed can't answer to declared guild war if guild is PVE
- Fixed incorrect resurrect point to closest safe zone from Nouver Boss region
- Fixed Crow's Mark skill radius and mechanic
- Fixed sometimes server can't detect current player region in caves/underground
- Fixed pearl weekly challenge show negative progress
- Now players can respawn at Atoraxxion Final Boss and continue fight with boss if all party members died
- Added able to learn Courser's Spirit/Double Jump/S: Charge skills for Mechanical Horse (need launcher restart to apply client update)
- Added missing message while open boxes with no empty slots in inventory
- Added conversion support at telegram bot for latest retail customization templates to Gamez format
