[PATCHNOTES]
- Fixed incorrect escape point from some locations (example: Rancid Island waters)
- Fixed some monsters doing too many attack actions (example: Sycraia instance last boss inhale's, Bheg boss rage attacks)
- Added possibility to reform Deboreka Belt to Nightfallen Deboreka Belt & Tidal Deboreka Belt
- Added possibility to obtain knowledge for Rekra Brahma boss
- Added missed error messages when operating with world market (instead "Market didn't work at this moment")
- Added missed NPC spawns for knowledges: Murrowak Egg Sac/Eye of Vercedes/High Grade Black Crystal
- Fixed stream bot can freeze and stop announce for some player streams
- Fixed some players can expect disconnects at siege server when siege started
- Server stabilization fixes
