Patch Notes [Update] 11/07/2022

[PATCHNOTES]
- Fixed can't enter to character selection screen for some old accounts
- Enabled [Event] The Mischievous Pumpkin Ghosts quest and missed exchange dialogs for event
- Added missed Mischievous Jack event monster spawns
- Implemented fitness exchange coupons (example: Breath/Strength/Health EXP Exchange Coupon)
- Implemented correct spawn duration for monsters and NPC's who has specified start and end spawn time (like a only night monsters etc)
- Now all Elixir item's has 1 second cooldown
- Server stabilization and optimization fixes
- Reset Attendance rewards
