Patch Notes [Update] 11/13/2021

Code:

- Fixed incorrect pearl count for complete now button for workers craft in rented houses
- Fixed kill messages announce on node/conquest wars for alliance members
- Fixed sheriff kill 1 day cooltime didn't reset sometimes
- Fixed skill Cap'n Order: Fire accuracy rate debuff didn't applied to enemies
- Fixed client crash when trying to open trade item list at Siege Channel (now just didn't opening, cause trading disabled at Siege channel)
- Fixed can't bid some items at Central Market (when price become 321.000.141 for example)
- Fixed dot timers tick too often (example: Venom Trap debuff)
- Fixed possibility to sell Key of the Sunless Dawn item to NPC's
- Fixed Tears of Wind horse resurrection item
- Fixed install siege object when installation place on the border of two regions
- Implemented Battle Command to Gather skill usable on node/conquest war
- Implemented special fairy buff from Halloween appearance
- Now if sheriff fame drop to negative - sheriff status will be revoked
- Now players can't accept/complete sheriff quest at Hadumsha channel (cause sheriff system disabled at this channel)
- Now all guild in alliance automatically become PvP even if wars didn't received/declared
- Now Unknown Adventure's (camouflaged) displays with red name if player has war with him (need restart launcher to apply client update)
