[PATCHNOTES]
- Fixed can't do down smash damage for knocked down monsters
- Fixed some monster do too long animations when cast skills (example: Manshanum Scroll Boss)
- Additionally decreases use delay for some elixirs (example: Elixir of Remarkable Will)
- Now winter temperature didn't affect seed's growing at fences
- Updated client translations for all language pack's
