    - Fixed player can lose sheriff status after relog (all lost sheriff statuses restored for all players)
- Fixed can't cleanse enchant level (15 -> 14) by blacksmith NPC
- Now other party members can't pickup ranked loot from monster before loot protection timer ends (example: Shultz Guard Captain Kunga)
- Improved skill's cooldown checks for actions (example: Shai - One-Two-Three skill)
