Patch Notes [Update] 12/22/2021

Code:

- Fixed using siege items during node wars (example: Breath of All Creations item)
- Fixed expiration timer update after player receive this item from mail (Now timer will start only after moving item to inventory)
- Fixed ally buffs applied to enemies in arenas if target in same guild with caster
- Fixed Khan drop for all party guild members
- Fixed can resurrect at fortress while siege when player died in restricted for war region
- Fixed glitch character when player get CC/grab while doing dash/moves
- Reworked damage distribution logic from summons skill
- Improved summon stats obtaining from summon owner
- Improved packet sending performance when player enter world or see creatures at game sector
