Sorry about the double restart folks, hopefully this compensates a bit =)

- Express mail NPC updated, will no longer agro NPCs in town.
- Express mail NPC updated, will despawn after one minute.
- Dye items are now tradeable.
- Level 50+ Spiritmaster Pets added. Damage output decreased to compensate for missing PvP damage reduction. Defense doubled.
- Command backend cleaned.
- GM Commands Updated.
- Final stage of core arena fixes applied (Sanctum/Pandaemonium arenas)
- Event NPCs/Guardians updated.
- Ereshkigal (Core guardian deity) stats increased.
- Skill probability on Omega/Ragnarok/Ereshkigal increased.
- Stat boosts to Omega/Ragnarok/Padma/Sematariux. 
- Updates to skill data to prevent deity skill abuse.
- Server memory usage reconfigured.
- Spawn tables cleaned up a bit.
- Drop rates adjusted.

- Adjust trade permissions for certain items (Yes including Anuhart, didn't have time to add it in this update sorry ;p).
- Tweak fortress guardians.
