    Since I cant post in Bug report ... I post it here.

    I want t point out that

    this :fix: is not working ...

    Also Sorc s spell

    Aether s Hold doesn t put target into Altered state with 100% chance .. tested on mobs

    Also Delayed blast are not working as they should ... for more info watch Razor“s documentation


    Also I have seen that in recent update, Noble s Energz MA was fixed ..
    You could do the same thing for Summon Whirlwind and also Ice Sheet

    Roots still don't work? /rage

    As for aether hold.. before the patch it already often didn't put someone in the air.. not sure why it seems like a 50% chance to do so. (The damage is there but it just doesnt put in hold so it doesnt get resisted and no i didnt use it on UD >_>)

    Atleast the "animation " delayed casts is Fixed .. love that so far ... many numbers jumping on screen while nuking ..

    I think the updates aren't 100% accurate.

    Is the enchantment rate now fixed? I haven't tried yet even I saw it in the update log since I'm not logged in.

    tested p.def by using my PVE sin to atk my PVP temp. still got 0dmg.

    AFAIK:

    - Aetherhold always puts target into Aerial state UNLESS resisted or boss/hero/legendary type (few big sized named included and most of the elite balaurs)

    - DoT then rooting still breaks root :/

    I know for a fact since I played a 55 sorc on retail that aether hold is not 100%. It seems exaggerated here but it's more than likely from the naturally higher mr on players here.

    Right now if i aether hold someone 50% of the time with suppli of focus up i would consider it much.

    And having in mind glads' Aether Hold is 100% and sins' lands with any rune over 3, I QQ a lot.

    actually p.dmg got improved a little bit but still far from being rite. my PVE sin has full atk on masta set and 2x masta swords, has like 740+ atk. still deal 0 dmg on my temp if i dont use buff.

    Zero damage on retail does NOT exist between a templar and an assassin, only if they have a huge level gap.

    yupe i know. even an anuhart sin with tahabata daggers still can deal some dmg b4 (no atk bug) but now 0dmg even with 700+ atk.

    It is not a DoT , but rather reflective dmg with debuff .... it sometimes bypass absorbtion effects, but other then that works fine to me

    Another bug. Carl said that Delayed skills are fixed in general, and that their damage is calculated when it's going to deal the damage.

    This proves it wrong:

    Flame Fusion adds 15% damage if applied before casting the delayed skill, however if I stick it inbetween the cast and the explosion, it takes no effect. Same thing goes for CCs. If I cast one during the CC, and break it, it will deal half the damage.
