update negative kinah pls....

it seems no one is taking care of the kinah problem. its almost a week i have this negative kinah in my inventory, im afraid to withdraw the kinah from broker coz i might just get it negative again. i havent played ever since i got this negative bug.. its kindah frustrating... i spend most of my time crafting and sell it in the broker, and sad to discover i just get this bug. can any GM repair this bug? i dont get any replies too... im still optimistic you guys can fix this asap.

i got negative kinah from sold items in the broker
can you guys check my account? particularly my character bisongsong. i sold about 2 billion kinah in the broker, but it registered negative. can you guys fix it? i got a photo just right after i withdrew the kinah.... pls pls have a look at it..
