NCSoft's launcher is usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCWest\NCLauncher. If you are missing that you'll need to download it and manually select your Aion installation folder, then update your client.

Mind saying which other error you get when opening the ncsoft launcher? Or take a screenshot.

What error exactly. Screen shot please

How big is your aion folder and L10N folder?

The aion folder should be at least 26.8 gb and the L10N folder should be at least 1.76 gb

Wait.. did you already update the game?

If not, as already mentioned, post the error you're getting so we know how to help you!
The most common error on the NCsoft launcher though is solved by disabling your firewall and starting the NCsoft launcher again (solves errors like "Cannot download file" or something like that).

But then again, you have to tell us exactly what error you're getting. There's multiple possible errors, not just one.
