updated, item.pak, & reinstalled

    I followed all the guidelines for updating & adding the item.pak into my aion folder, none of which worked and now reinstalled and followed the same guidelines for adding item.pak and still having issues in game w/o being able to see items now all that's left for me to guess what the problem is, is this

    dbghelp.dll is currently used by another process. make sure to close any applications related to Aion, such as NCsoft launcher, Gamez Updater etc.

    Also, make sure you launch the game as administrator.

    What can cause the Item.pak no to work? A friend showed me that he can't put items in the WH with neither version of the file(s).

    Did he install the items.pak in the correct path? did he launch the game as administrator?

    Also, sometimes you need to reboot your PC, otherwise the game won't recognize it.
